About the Role

Huntington Hospital Inc is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team in the Anti-Coagulation Clinic. As a Per Diem Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing pharmaceutical care to patients and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the delivery of pharmaceutical care to patients
  • Maintain current California Pharmacist license
  • Participate in Code Rapid Response and Code Blue situations
Requirements
  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy preferred
  • Completion of a postgraduate residency is preferred
  • Current unrestricted Registered Pharmacist license (RPH) issued by California State Board of Pharmacy
  • Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
