ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a school district setting. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping students develop the skills they need to succeed in school and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' abilities and limitations in various functional areas.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' needs and goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to ensure students receive comprehensive and coordinated services.
- Provide education and training to school staff on strategies to support students' occupational therapy goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state license in Oregon.
- Experience working with school-aged children, including those with disabilities or special needs.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in occupational therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
