  • Oversee planning, preparation, and management of parts inventory
  • Process parts sales over the counter and distribute to workshop staff
  • Perform cashier duties as required
  • Maintain a backorder log for customer special requests
  • Keep updated parts and pricing catalogs
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels and reorder products as necessary
  • Monitor stock levels in the inventory management system
  • Document all parts sales promptly
  • Assist in receiving and stocking new merchandise
  • Conduct daily inventory counts
  • Support the sales team with special orders and pricing inquiries
  • Refill propane tanks for customers
  • Stay informed about retail store offerings
  • Provide additional support to team members in the parts department
  • Maintain a tidy and professional parts workspace
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong reading, writing, and presentation skills
  • Relevant education or training in a related field
  • Ability to perform calculations and apply basic algebra and geometry
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, accounting, inventory, and internet applications
  • Effective problem-solving abilities in routine situations
