Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct primary medical care to patients
- Formulate differential diagnoses
- Request and interpret laboratory tests
- Administer and prescribe appropriate treatments
- Encourage healthy lifestyle choices by advising patients on nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention
- Accurately document patient information in a timely manner following Epic protocols
- Engage in internal quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with team members to drive enhancements
- Base salary with performance bonuses
