Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to oversee the financial operations of our hotel. This role involves preparing a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities, as well as posting room charges and taxes to guest accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and register guests, verifying reservation information and ensuring accurate charges are assigned to the correct departments/guest accounts.
  • Respond to guest needs, special requests, and complaints, communicating all guest needs to the next shift.
  • Verify and balance daily financial reports, making any necessary corrections.
  • Input revenue, expenses, and allowances into the PC to generate daily reports.
  • Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintaining files and resetting the system for next day operations.

Requirements:
  • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
