About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Inter-Con Security. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for securing high-risk assets and providing top-notch security services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough security patrols to identify and mitigate potential threats
  • Screen associates and determine root cause of activations
  • Monitor post activity to ensure the security of the facility, preventing unauthorized access
  • Review and save CCTV video regarding incidents
  • Complete various logs and incident reports
  • Respond to alarms in accordance to SLA standards
  • Provide direction and support to associates and assist with security matters as needed
  • Conduct audits and identify areas for improvement
  • Participate in emergency evacuation response
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • CPR/First Aid/AED certification
  • Ability to understand, read, and write in English
  • Successfully complete a Fingerprint background check and drug screening
  • State Guard Card
  • Reliable Transportation
