Bulk Merchandise Handler

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bulk Merchandise Handler to join our team at Sam's Club in Asheville, NC. As a key member of our receiving and stocking team, you will be responsible for receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and stock merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers, accurately scanning and logging all shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies to management.
• Ensure a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures related to safety and productivity.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet sales goals and deadlines, supporting colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or receiving environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
