Cloverdale Healthcare Center - Occupational Therapist - Full Time

Cloverdale Healthcare Center is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic in-house therapy team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and regain independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care following regulatory and clinical practice standards
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients
  • Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and modalities
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services as needed
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
