The ARC Fresno Madera Counties is seeking a dedicated Vocational Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their employment goals, ensuring they have access to resources and support necessary for success.

As a Vocational Advocate, you will work closely with Community Specialists to deliver services in a positive, person-centered manner. You will also provide input on assessments, reports, and individual goal plans, as well as ensure effective communication between clients, families, funding agencies, employers, care providers, and other stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their employment goals.

  • Ensure effective communication between clients, families, funding agencies, employers, care providers, and other stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 1-2 years related experience.
  • Experience with computer software such as Windows, Word, and Excel.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
