Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with product inquiries and purchases.
• Design and maintain visually appealing product displays, ensuring the store is always inviting.
• Lead the seasonal decoration of the store for major holidays, such as Christmas, Halloween, and Easter.
• Collaborate with the store manager to plan seasonal themes and execute in-store decor.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing backroom storage.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Work with the team to promote seasonal products and special offers.
• Assist in planning and executing in-store events related to seasonal themes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and store policies during staging and decorating.

Qualifications:

• Prior retail experience, especially in home decor or seasonal products, is preferred.
• A strong sense of creativity and an eye for design.
• Ability to lift and move products, set up displays, and work on ladders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
• Experience in visual merchandising or interior design is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing seasonal needs.
