Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner Float to join our team at RADIAS Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide support, rehabilitation, and treatment to individuals served in various programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals served in Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Targeted Case Management (TCM), Homeless Services, Community Treatment Team, Waivered Services Case Management, and other programs.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide supervisory support to Residential Support Services group home(s) and participate in program development and implementation.
  • Contribute to a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empathy within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
  • At least 2,000 hours of supervised experience working with individuals with mental illness and substance abuse treatment.
  • Preferred: Education and/or experience in supported employment and education services.
