Wyoming, United States Polaris Industries Inc Full time

Engineering Development Program Overview

The Polaris Engineering Development Program is a two-year opportunity for engineering graduates to develop essential skills in Polaris Engineering processes. This program provides a broad-based understanding of the product development cycle, giving you in-depth exposure to our customers and their needs.

During the program, you will work on cross-functional teams to integrate product design for manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability. You will also have the opportunity to design and improve products and processes, reduce costs, and improve quality.

The program includes technical training courses and projects to enhance your core competencies. You will also receive ongoing support from your executive mentor, program steering team, and dedicated HR Program partner.

Upon completion of the program, you may transition into a full-time Engineering position within the business, contingent on business needs and the skills and experience you demonstrate during the program.

Program Benefits

The program offers a generous 401K employee's contribution matching program, tuition reimbursement, and a relocation package. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our Annual Summit event, where you will gain invaluable insights from top executives and forge connections with fellow DPs.

Selection Process

Applications will be open from September to December 2024. If selected, you will participate in a MS Teams panel interview with an HR leader and two functional business leaders. Upon accepting an offer, you will collaborate with the Early Talent team to be matched with your first rotational assignment, team, and location.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering degree, with a graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025. Minimum overall GPA of 3.0. Ongoing geographic flexibility and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous internship/co-op experience, leadership experience in work, organizations, or classroom, education and/or experience in internal combustion or electric engines, and experience using CAD, GT Power, or equivalent and MS office software.
