Job Title: Private Duty Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Registered Nurse to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare LLC. As a Private Duty RN, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in their homes, helping them to recover from hospitalization and maintain their independence.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement physician-prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in our system of record
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease prevention
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
Requirements:
  • Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
