Job Responsibilities

As an LPN at IntelyCare, you will be responsible for delivering post-acute care to residents. This includes:

  • Monitoring physical and mental wellbeing and tracking vital signs
  • Performing intakes and documenting health concerns and medical histories
  • Reviewing medical records and charts
  • Maintaining medical supplies and contributing to a safe environment
  • Assisting with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies
  • Following care plans and adhering to medical protocols
  • Helping medical staff with orientation and training
