**Key Responsibilities:**

* Clean homes from top to bottom, paying attention to detail and ensuring a spotless finish
* Work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to complete tasks efficiently
* Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive hourly pay, ranging from $13.00 to $23.00 per hour
* Paid weekly, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives
* Comprehensive training program, teaching you the Molly Maid way of cleaning
* Company car and uniforms provided

**Requirements:**

* Legally able to work in the United States
* No experience required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
* Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
