We are seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our team at Omni Hotels. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive a warm welcome and are seated in a timely manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Assist managers with opening and closing procedures
  • Familiarize guests with the menu
  • Answer phone calls and greet guests

You will also be responsible for controlling heavy volumes at the restaurant entrance and informing guests about dining options. Additionally, you will attend to and anticipate guests' needs, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction.
