Job Title: Dietary Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietary Director to lead our Nutrition Services department. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective nutrition programs, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement nutrition programs that meet the needs of our patients and staff
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations and budget compliance
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including food safety and sanitation standards
  • Lead and manage a team of nutrition professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient care

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
  • Four years of experience as a Nutrition Director in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
