Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, plant knowledge, and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities:- Knowledgeable about various types of plants, palms, mulch, and materials sold at our nursery
- Assist in creating agendas for employees and organizing the office
- Manage the nursery team, including scheduling, inventory, and customer interactions
- Create schedules and post updates on social media
- High school diploma or equivalent required; horticulture degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
- Valid driver's license required
We are a dynamic team that requires flexibility. Our typical work hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5 PM, Saturday, 7:30 AM - 4 PM, and Sunday, 9 AM - 4 PM.
