- Operate Imaging Equipment: Safely and effectively operate diagnostic imaging equipment, including ultrasound machines, to produce high-quality images.
- Assist Physicians: Provide assistance to physicians during procedures as needed, ensuring a smooth and efficient examination process.
- Maintain Equipment and Facilities: Perform routine maintenance and quality assurance checks on imaging equipment, as well as maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate with Patients and Staff: Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with patients and staff to ensure a positive experience.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with the latest advancements and technologies in diagnostic imaging, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
- ARRT Certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
- 1-2 Years of Experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in an acute care setting.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and physicians.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
