  • Prepare loan files for review, analyzing documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Partner with loan officers, underwriters, and cross-functional teams to address conditions and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and investor guidelines
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years' experience in loan processing in the mortgage industry
  • 1+ years' experience in customer service
  • Strong understanding of GFE, TIL, and RESPA rules
  • Solid skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
