Healthcare Therapy Services is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a PRN basis at a senior living community in Kendallville.
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations, progress notes, treatments, and discharges as needed. Your duties will include developing and implementing treatment plans for patients, communicating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:Applicants must have an active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam.
Applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
