Role Overview:
As a Project Lead Architect, you will play a crucial role in steering and managing the project team through all stages of design and construction. This full-time position offers the chance to engage in a variety of projects, including modular building designs and DSA initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Direct and oversee the project team from initial design to final execution.
  2. Utilize AutoCAD to produce precise architectural drawings and specifications.
  3. Ensure modular building designs comply with all relevant codes and standards.
  4. Collaborate closely with project managers and team members to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion.
  5. Engage in DSA Projects, supervising the drafting and design processes to maintain compliance.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
  7. Provide technical expertise and support to the project team, addressing any design or construction challenges.
  8. Regularly update project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  9. Participate in project meetings, offering updates and addressing inquiries.

Qualifications:
  1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity within the construction sector.
  2. Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
  3. Experience with modular building design and DSA Projects.
  4. Strong drafting and design capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  5. Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead teams.
  6. Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and stakeholders.
  7. Solid understanding of construction codes and standards.
  8. Able to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  9. A degree in architecture, construction management, or a related discipline is preferred.
