The ITP Platform Services Group plays a pivotal role in steering the strategy for essential shared resources across the ITP Platform.

This group is divided into two key functional areas:

The Platform Interfaces team is tasked with the current and future interfaces that ITP provides to its clientele (including APIs, FIX, SWIFT, JSON, XML, among others).

Through collaborative efforts with both clients and internal teams, we outline and implement a roadmap that enables us to continually offer competitive interface solutions to our customers.

Effective Identity and Access Management (IAM) is crucial for appropriately regulating permissions and access to all ITP applications.

Our IAM initiatives often involve extensive cross-functional collaboration, and every product release within ITP engages with this function to some extent.

We are in search of a seasoned, dynamic, and tech-savvy Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our ITP Platform Services team, taking on a vital role in these functional domains.

You should be passionate about driving results and making impactful contributions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a member of the ITP Platform Services group, you will collaborate with the Head of Platform Services to define and implement an interface and IAM strategy for ITP that aligns with the overarching business vision of a unified platform across all products and services.

This position necessitates partnership across the organization, ITP, and our clients to realize the next generation of machine-to-machine interfaces that facilitate smooth integration and onboarding of new clients, as well as enhancing services for existing clients.

Engage in exciting modernization projects for ITP Interfaces and IAM offerings.
Conduct comprehensive message format analyses to bolster and standardize ITP's FIX messaging capabilities.
Play a significant role in developing and launching client integration-focused products.
Collaborate closely with product management to identify gaps and opportunities.
Design and propose solutions to address those gaps and opportunities.
Test those solutions with both internal and external clients to ensure they meet their needs.

Articulate that solution in clear narratives that guide the development team on what needs to be built and tested.

Support fellow delivery team members as the onsite representative of the customer, addressing queries as they arise.

Propel projects forward by stepping into other functional roles (testing, iteration management, etc.) when necessary.
Author documentation for the functionalities being delivered in iterations.
Partner with internal stakeholders such as Integration and Documentation to effectively bring their product to market.
Contribute to the establishment of BA standards and best practices.
Provide second-level support to both external and internal customers.
Act as an advocate for their product.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience as a software business analyst.
Familiarity with various interfaces offered to clients (JSON, XML, SWIFT messages, FIX protocol, etc.).

Experience in equity and fixed income post-trade processing, gained at a buy-side or sell-side firm or a vendor.

Knowledge of identity management, authentication, and access control/permission of functionalities and data.
Proficiency with databases, SQL, data modeling, and data analysis.
Understanding of fundamental technical concepts related to B2B system integration.
Familiarity with Agile methodology.
Certifications in Business Analysis or Agile are advantageous.
You should be independent, results-oriented, and eager to tackle challenges.
A well-developed sense of humor is essential.
