Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist to join our Start Up Team.

Role Responsibilities:
This position involves traveling to various new locations within our organization to facilitate the launch of new facilities. Key responsibilities include:
  • Participating in rollout meetings
  • Assisting with the training and orientation of new staff members
  • Implementing company protocols and systems
  • Providing direct patient care

This role offers the opportunity to work in diverse environments and includes comprehensive leadership training and support for our Start Up Team.

Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Possession of, or eligibility for, State Licensure in the relevant states
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest, typically for 8-13 week assignments
