Kemper CPA Group LLP, a leading public accounting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in the Robinson, Illinois office. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional accounting and tax services to our clients.

• Coordinate and facilitate monthly controllership functions, including AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparations.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements, balance sheets, income and expense reports, cash flow analysis, and tax returns.
• Assist in audit engagements, review staff work, and coordinate with clients and staff.
• Research issues and respond to client and staff questions in a clear and concise manner.
• Manage multiple client requests in an efficient and timely manner.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and a minimum of three to five years of public accounting experience in both audit and tax.
• CPA designation is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under time constraints and maintain regular and reliable attendance.
