Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in directing and supervising the implementation of resident care plans to ensure high-quality care and services.
  • Coordinate and supervise all services on assigned units, including nursing, therapy, and other healthcare services.
  • Round regularly on nursing units to ensure that care plans are being implemented effectively and that residents are receiving the care they need.
  • Assist in creating a team-oriented atmosphere that promotes collaboration, communication, and a culture of excellence.
  • Facilitate communication between licensed nurses, providers, and other stakeholders to ensure that resident care needs are being met.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
