Interventional Radiology Quality Lead Technologist

The Quality Lead Technologist at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in Imaging Services operations.

This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality and safety standards, processes, and workflows, as well as student and employee onboarding, training, and competency requirements.

The Quality Lead provides quality assessment activities for the assigned modality, ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.

Collaborating with other Quality Lead Technologists, this individual will develop and maintain a consistent and robust quality and safety program for all Imaging Services operations.

Reporting to the Imaging Services Associate Director of Quality and Safety, the Quality Lead Technologist will foster a just culture and culture of safety, driving continuous quality improvement and learning throughout the department and organization.

Key qualifications include a current Radiography license, ARRT (R) certification, and an Advanced Registry in the modality, as well as a minimum of 2 years of experience in the modality.

Associate's degree in a relevant field of study is also required.
