We are seeking an experienced Arborist Professional to join our team at AAA Landscape. This role will involve performing various tasks related to urban forestry and arboriculture on private and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities- To conduct tree diagnostics, climbing, pruning, removal, stump grinding, cabling, stumping, fertilizing, and planting in a safe and efficient manner
- To operate and maintain specialized equipment including brush chipper, stump grinder, and chainsaws
- Heavy lifting required as part of the job
- Post-secondary certificate or diploma in Urban Forestry or similar courses from a recognized institute
- A certified arborist is preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum of Two(2) years climbing experience with proficiency in all tree climbing skills
- Responsible work ethics and strong interpersonal skills are essential
- Excellent communication and client relations skills are also required
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is an asset
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle record are necessary for transportation to yard
The estimated salary range for this position is between $18-25 per hour based on industry standards and location considerations.
