BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Case Manager in our Middlesex County, NJ office. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional care to clients of all ages in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the team to provide exceptional care.
  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans.
  • Supervise home health aides and other non-clinical staff.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Homecare experience a plus.
