About the Job

A-List Therapy Group is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality care to patients in the Home Health setting.

This is an independent contractor position, offering flexibility and autonomy in scheduling and coverage areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate patients and families on basic home safety and medical equipment safety, as applicable to services provided.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to promote functional mobility and independence, including ROM, strength deficit, and therapeutic exercises.
  • Coordinate occupational therapy services with other agency personnel to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conduct follow-up visits after OT evaluations to assess progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Work independently, making own schedule and managing time effectively to meet client needs.
Requirements
  • Current CA Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License
  • Valid California Driver License with transportation insurance
