PRN Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated PRN Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team at Heritage Rehab. As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to our patients, including supervising certified occupational therapy assistants, implementing individualized care plans, and conducting patient assessments.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise COTAs on staff
  • Implement individualized care plans for patients requiring occupational therapy
  • Conduct patient assessments, including standardized testing
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

  • Must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Occupational Therapist
  • Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing care plans
