Physical Therapist Clinic Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a Clinic Director. As a Clinic Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, including supervising staff, managing patient care, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and act as a clinical resource to Therapy Partners Group staff
- Work with RDO, SMA, and PCCs to maintain evaluation load and schedule compliance
- Generate statistical reports, analyze data, and develop plans based on data synthesis
- Participate in monthly meetings with the COO to review production reports
- Perform biweekly staff meetings and weekly PCC meetings, generating meeting notes
- Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees
- Conduct patient chart audits to ensure compliance with documentation guidelines
- Monitor compliance with Quality Assurance Program guidelines
- Participate in annual performance reviews of clinical personnel
- Minimum two-years clinical experience as a physical therapist
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field and a Graduate Degree and/or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
- Competitive salary range: $105,000 - $120,000 annually
