The Birthday Party Host and Park Liaison is the primary point of contact for birthday party guests at City Park Conservancy. This role ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience for all party attendees by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and delivering a memorable celebration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with birthday party hosts to ensure top-notch customer service and meet their needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by setting up and cleaning party areas, mopping, sweeping, and moving tables and chairs as needed.
- Deliver food, drinks, and party materials to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide a visible presence in the party area to attend to guests and hosts, ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements:
- Prefers a high school diploma or equivalent, with one to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Environment:
The Birthday Party Host and Park Liaison will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, interacting with diverse groups of people, and will be exposed to various weather conditions, noise levels, and physical demands. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, is mandatory.
