Job Title: Automotive Porter

Job Summary:
Olathe Ford Lincoln is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Porter to join their service department. As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles in and out of the dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Park and retrieve vehicles as instructed by staff
  • Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner
  • Direct traffic flow and provide general parking lot supervision
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Friendly, energetic, and courteous with excellent customer service skills
  • Positive attitude, good work ethic, and well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme seasonal temperatures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work some Saturdays
  • Pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
