Our clientele primarily consists of active individuals, including military personnel, who strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle while recovering from injuries.

Candidate Profile:

The successful applicant will be a motivated and proficient PTA/personal trainer with a background in outpatient orthopedic care and personal training. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and experience in customer service and exercise programming are essential.

  • Deliver individualized training sessions utilizing evidence-based practices
  • Perform personal training evaluations
  • Maintain comprehensive client records and develop tailored programs
  • Manage client scheduling and payment processing
  • Establish referral networks and create engaging content
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and management

Qualifications:

  • Current physical therapy license and personal trainer certification
  • At least one year of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts
  • Proximity to the clinic is preferred
  • BLS/CPR certification and liability insurance are required
  • Experience in customer service and ability to work independently
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach

Preferred Qualifications:

  • FMS/SFMA certification
  • Additional PTA license or NASM/NSCA certification
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or service sector
