Insurance Client Support Specialist

Main Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries

- Process insurance claims efficiently and effectively, following up with clients as needed

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
