About the Role

We're a Little Different

Our mission is to deliver exceptional care and service to our patients and communities. As a Surgical Technologist III, you will play a vital role in our Operating Room team, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accountability for the provision of surgical instruments to the surgical team.
  • Coordinate the care of the surgical patient with other team members.
  • Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
  • Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High-School Diploma or GED required.
  • Surgical Technology License required for the state of Missouri.
  • Non-licensed/certified Surgical Technologists with acceptable experience may be considered for other locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a Postsecondary certificate or associate degree in Surgical Technology from an accredited surgical technology program.
  • Surgical Technology Certification preferred.
