Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is a part of the Veolia Group, a leading player in water management. As a Financial Analyst Trainee, you will be part of a fast-paced and energetic environment within our Project Team.

About the Role

">

This 6-month internship offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals within our Finance organization. You will gain exposure to technical and commercial aspects while supporting the finance team to set up a reporting structure aligned with our Corporate requirements.

You will assist the Finance team in achieving its project goals and objectives as an active participant. Your responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Financial Reporting: Assist operations teams in developing financial reports for monthly closing activities, ensuring alignment with international, regional, legal entity, and business line reporting.">
  • Profitability Analysis: Collaborate with the financial team to optimize profitability analysis by Region and Business Line.">
  • Process Development: Work with the finance team to develop a playbook documenting key processes, procedures, and policies.">
  • Improvement Initiatives: Assist the team in gathering feedback for the playbook's ease of understanding and testing for completion and accuracy of documentation.">

  • Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to manage concurrent tasks and prioritize effectively.">
  • Teamwork and Communication: Strong ability to work and thrive in a team environment, communicate effectively with groups, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.">
  • Accounting Principles: Good knowledge of Accounting principles and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.">
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google and Microsoft tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.">
  • Educational Background: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or an equivalent related discipline.">

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and benefits that support your well-being and professional growth.
