Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Boat Detailer to join our team at Freedom Boat Club of Greater Boston and Cape Cod. As a Boat Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our boats, both on display and in service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Clean and prepare boats for display and service, including polishing and waxing as needed
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure all boats meet our high standards
  • Report any issues or concerns to management in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Have a valid state driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in confined spaces
