Speech Language Pathologist Job Opportunity

Requirements
  • Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist or actively pursuing licensure.
  • At least one year of professional experience in the field.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Must hold CCC's.
  • Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing patients with speech, hearing, and language deficits, providing skilled therapy services, and teaching patients to communicate effectively.

  • Provide speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
  • Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet speech therapy goals.
  • Set realistic goals for patients to develop or recover reliable communication and swallowing skills.
