Job Overview

ATG Recruiting is seeking a skilled Class A CDL Driver to join our team as an Over The Road (OTR) driver. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a reputable company, operating a fleet of well-maintained 53' dry vans.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia Automatic Fully Loaded, equipped with a refrigerator, APU, and 1500 watt inverter.
  • Transport goods across the country, primarily east of I-35, with occasional runs to NYC and the 5 boroughs.
  • Enjoy a 48-hour reset every other weekend, with the option to stay out longer if desired.
  • Participate in a safety-focused environment, with a strong emphasis on on-time home time and average haul miles.
Driver Benefits
  • Competitive pay, ranging from $.54 to $.60 cpm, depending on experience, with a $.03 cpm safety, mileage, and productivity bonus.
  • Detention pay of $12.50 per hour after the second hour, and layover pay/breakdown pay of $100 per day (excluding Sundays).
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days, as well as a 401K plan with a 4% match after six months.
Requirements
  • A valid Class A CDL license.
  • A current DOT medical card.
  • At least three months of experience in the last three years.
