About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Providence Newberg Medical Center. As a valued member of our rehabilitation department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities.

With a strong focus on patient-centered care, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans that promote maximum independence and function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' physical function and develop tailored treatment plans to address their unique needs and goals.
  • Provide expert physical therapy services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence by staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based guidelines in physical therapy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • A current Oregon Physical Therapist License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
  • Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain expertise in physical therapy.
