We are looking for skilled nursing professionals to fill the role of Travel Nurse RN. The ideal candidates will possess a valid Wisconsin Nursing License and hold current CPR/BLS certifications. Additionally, full vaccination against COVID-19 and Influenza is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments in line with established nursing practices and state regulations.
- Document patient care in accordance with accepted standards.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans as directed by physicians and hospital protocols.
- Engage in performance improvement initiatives within the department or unit.
- Offer clinical expertise to support patient care across various units.
- Employ critical thinking to ensure patient safety and quality of care, escalating issues as necessary.
- Must be an experienced nurse.
- Possess a current Wisconsin Nursing License.
- Hold a valid CPR/BLS certification.
- Be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and Influenza.
- Every other weekend and holiday shifts are required.
- 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7 AM.
