Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiation Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and treatment in our Radiation Oncology department.
Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with patients, families, medical staff, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Administer radiation treatments using various modalities and protocols, ensuring accurate setup and administration.
- Perform simulation procedures to verify proper functioning of linear accelerators, simulators, and Computed Tomography machines.
- Maintain accurate records of daily treatments and other required documents.
- Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy or Certification.
- 2 years of experience as a Staff Therapist in a Radiation Therapy department with experience in linear accelerators and patient simulation.
- American Registered Radiologic Technologist required upon start.
- Basic Life Support from AHA required upon start.
