As an Advanced Practice Clinician in Cardiothoracic Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive care to inpatient patients. Your expertise will encompass performing complete history and physicals, ordering diagnostic tests, and assessing patient risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely records.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of Cardiothoracic Surgery experience.
  • At least 2 years of first assist experience.
  • National Board Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with RNFA or Physician Assistant.
  • BLS certification.
