About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Mobility Specialist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Hickory, North Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes. As a Mobility Specialist, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions to patients, focusing on mobility, strength, and flexibility
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
