Job Overview

Bowlero Corp is seeking a friendly and welcoming Greeter/Counter Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for setting the tone for our guests and providing them with an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
  • Manage the waitlist and track availability
  • Assign lanes, shoes, and other equipment as needed
  • Prepare for leagues and events
  • Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
  • Notify mechanics of any pinsetter malfunctions and log issues
  • Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
  • Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (optional)
  • Proven success in school or previous job experience
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Must meet minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
