Morning Courier

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Newspaper Delivery Worker to join our team in Lafayette, NJ. As a crucial member of our Publishers Circulation Fulfillment team, you will be responsible for delivering newspapers to customers across the region.

This is an entry-level non-exempt position that requires manual labor and driving skills. Under the supervision of the Distribution Center Manager or Assistant Distribution Manager, you will perform various tasks related to distribution center operations and assigned driving duties.

• Deliver assigned routes while maintaining established service levels.
• Perform other driving tasks such as delivery verifications and replacement copy deliveries.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures, rules, and regulations.

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid driver's license in the state of residence, a reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance meeting PCF guidelines. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to meet customer service objectives.

This role requires working in a warehouse-type environment, moving around the facility, both inside and outside, and performing route delivery tasks. You will need to work weekends and early morning hours, including overnight shifts.

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000-$50,000 per year, based on industry standards and regional factors.
