About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical AP Clerk to support our finance team in New Jersey.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including vendor information and invoice documentation.
  • ERP System Management: Utilize ERP systems to manage and process invoices, reconcile accounts, and prepare payment requests.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve invoicing issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

A bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting are required, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
