About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at Niagara Bottling. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment, as well as providing technical support to our operators and maintenance personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve mechanical issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness
  • Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance personnel on new equipment and procedures
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record of improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime
  • Strong technical knowledge of production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
